Villas and homes for sale in Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa
Cabo Roig is one of the most sought-after residential areas on Orihuela Costa, in the south of the Costa Blanca. It takes its name from the reddish headland that juts into the sea, topped by an old watchtower with a small marina below. Clear-water coves, a clifftop coastal path and leafy urbanisations of villas with gardens give it a relaxed, upmarket feel. Spanish families and buyers from across Europe choose it for year-round quality of life. At CasaAqui you’ll find a selection of villas, townhouses and apartments in Cabo Roig.

Cabo Roig lies on the Orihuela Costa coastline between La Zenia to the north and Campoamor to the south, around 15 minutes’ drive from Torrevieja. The shoreline is rugged and pretty: small sandy coves tucked between rocks, a marina, and a coastal footpath along the cliffs that links neighbouring beaches – perfect for a sunset stroll. Behind the seafront lie quiet residential streets with detached villas, townhouses and complexes with communal pools. Many homes have terraces or roof solariums where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors even in winter.
The climate is a major draw: mild, sunny winters, hot summers softened by sea breezes and very few rainy days a year. That makes Cabo Roig equally suited to a holiday home or a permanent move.
It is also very well connected. Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is about 45–50 minutes away via the AP-7 motorway, and Región de Murcia International Airport (RMU) at Corvera around 40–45 minutes. Several golf courses are within a short drive, and shops, schools and healthcare are available across Orihuela Costa and in Torrevieja.
Cabo Roig appeals to families, remote workers, retirees and anyone who loves golf, sailing or simply living by the sea. It is a mid-to-upper price area within the southern Costa Blanca. Our listings are mainly villas and detached houses: apartments start from around €200,000, the median asking price is roughly €650,000, and the most exclusive sea-view villas comfortably exceed €1 million, reaching around €2.4 million.
CasaAqui handles the practical side – NIE, bank account, notary and translations – and can also manage your holiday rental once you have the required tourist licence.
