Plot in Denia

Denia lies at the northern tip of Alicante province, where the coastline juts out towards Cabo de San Antonio. The landscape is dominated by the Montgó Natural Park, a limestone massif visible from almost anywhere in town, with hiking trails offering sea views and, on clear days, a glimpse of Ibiza. The old town, the castle and the former fishermen's quarter wrap around a working harbour with fishing boats, marinas and ferry links to the Balearic Islands.
The coast has two very different sides. To the north, the Les Marines area offers kilometres of flat, family-friendly sandy beaches. To the south, Les Rotes is a rocky shoreline with very clear water next to the Cabo de San Antonio marine reserve – perfect for quiet swims and snorkelling. The climate is gently Mediterranean, slightly greener and more humid than the south of the province, with mild winters and hot summers.
Getting there: Alicante-Elche airport (ALC) is roughly 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes away via the AP-7, and Valencia airport is a similar distance. Región de Murcia airport (RMU, Corvera) is further, at around 2 hours.
Denia appeals to anyone who wants a proper town that works all year round – healthcare, schools, shops and a lively cultural and food scene – as well as to second-home buyers and retirees from Spain and across Europe. Our listings are mostly apartments, plus a few houses and building plots. As a rough guide, properties start at around €140,000, the typical asking price is roughly €430,000–450,000, and the best-located villas exceed €1 million. Prices change daily, so check the latest listings.
CasaAqui Costa can help with your NIE, bank account, notary and translations, and with holiday rental management where local rules allow it.
