Villas and houses for sale in Ciudad Quesada

Ciudad Quesada is a large residential area in the municipality of Rojales, a short drive from the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja. It has become one of the most international communities on the southern Costa Blanca, with detached villas on private plots, its own golf course and everything you need close by: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, medical centres and shops that stay open all year. Many British, Scandinavian and other northern European owners live here permanently. At CasaAqui Costa we list villas and houses for sale in Quesada and help with viewings, the NIE, bank, notary and translations.

Ciudad Quesada spreads across gentle hills south of the River Segura, within the municipality of Rojales. Unlike the beachfront developments, the typical home here is a villa or detached house with a garden and private pool, on quiet streets with open views across the countryside or towards the salt lagoons.

The area combines golf and nature. La Marquesa golf course lies within Quesada itself, and several more Vega Baja courses are within a short drive. The La Mata and Torrevieja Lagoons Natural Park is close by, and in the old town of Rojales you can explore the historic bridge over the Segura and the cave houses dug into the hillside. The dune-backed beaches of Guardamar are about 10–15 minutes away by car.

The climate is dry Mediterranean, with mild, very sunny winters that let you live outdoors almost all year, and hot summers.

Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is around 30–35 minutes away, with plenty of flights to the UK and Ireland, and Región de Murcia Airport (RMU, Corvera) about 40–50 minutes. Torrevieja is roughly 15 minutes by car.

Our Quesada listings focus on houses: detached villas, multi-level homes, semi-detached properties and bungalows, plus the occasional apartment. Prices change daily and are only a guide: the most affordable homes start at around €150,000, the median asking price is roughly €440,000 – reflecting the many villas with plots – and luxury properties go beyond two and a half million.

Quesada suits buyers who want space, a garden and their own pool without giving up nearby services, retirees and remote workers planning to live here year-round, and golfers. Holiday letting requires a tourist licence, and the rules depend on Rojales town hall and, where relevant, the community of owners. CasaAqui offers rental management, guest check-in and cleaning.
