Country houses, fincas and land for sale in Pinoso

Pinoso, or Pinós in Valencian, is an inland town in the west of Alicante province, in the Vinalopó Medio area, right next to the border with the Region of Murcia. There is no beach here, but there are vineyards, almond groves, mountains and plenty of space. It is a popular choice with buyers looking for a rural home, a finca with land or a building plot at prices well below those on the coast. CasaAqui Costa lists dozens of plots and country houses in and around Pinoso, and we help you check the planning and legal status carefully before you buy.

Pinoso lies on the western edge of Alicante province at around 600 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond groves. The landscape is open farmland framed by low mountain ranges, with country tracks that are perfect for walking and cycling. The town is known for its wine, made largely from Monastrell grapes within the Alicante designation of origin, for marble quarrying around Monte Coto, and for El Cabezo, a hill formed over a large salt deposit right next to the town.

The climate is Mediterranean with a continental touch: hot, dry summers with cooler nights than on the coast, and colder winters with the occasional frost. Many buyers love exactly that contrast: bright light, clean air and very pleasant spring and autumn weather. The town has shops, a health centre, schools and the everyday services you need.

By car, Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is about 50–60 minutes away and Region of Murcia Airport (RMU, Corvera) a little over an hour. The nearest beaches on the Alicante coast are roughly an hour's drive, and Murcia, Elche and Alicante are within easy reach for shopping and paperwork.

The property market here is very different from the coast. Most listings are rustic plots and land, followed by country houses and fincas, with only a handful of apartments. The median asking price is around €70,000. Plots start from a little over ten thousand euros, while large estates can exceed one million. Before buying on rustic land, it is essential to check what can legally be built, whether existing buildings are registered and legal, and how water and electricity are supplied.

Pinoso suits people who want a quiet country life, room for a vegetable garden or animals, or a rural guesthouse project. Any tourist or rural rental requires a licence and must meet regional and local rules. CasaAqui Costa supports you with your NIE, bank account, notary and translations.
